Scheduler- Chula Vista

We’re looking for a full-time Scheduler to join our Chula Vista Location.  In this position, you will schedule imaging examinations and procedures for the Imaging Center, work effectively with physicians, physician office staff and patients to ensure accurate, prompt and courteous scheduling of appointments, answer, direct and handle incoming telephone phone calls to the Imaging Center and confirm insurance eligibility and authorizations.

Technologist Assistant (Temporary)- Escondido

We’re looking for a temporary Technologist Assistant to join our Escondido location. In this position, you will provide general assistance and direct flow for patients, radiologists and technologists. You will also bring patients from the lobby to dressing rooms and scanning areas, provide pre- and post procedure screening and explanation to patient and family (if applicable), assist technologists with positioning patient for exams and procedures, review and assist with the verification of exam orders and orders in RIS, PACS, any other required documents/information, etc. and act as backup for receptionist for staffing shortages and/or when needs arise due to volume of patients needing to be processed.

Partnership-Track Diagnostic Neuroradiologist

This position is for San Diego Imaging’s South Division, which provides coverage for the Sharp hospital system in central San Diego and San Diego’s South Bay. This includes Sharp Memorial Hospital, a 459-bed level 2 trauma center. We also staff Rady Children’s Hospital and three imaging centers.

Our ideal candidate is proficient in all areas of diagnostic neuroradiology, including head/neck imaging, and also has strong, broad diagnostic radiology capabilities. Skills such as nuclear medicine, PET/CT, and cardiac imaging are a plus. MQSA certification is helpful as well. Efficiency is essential, as we are a very busy practice.

Partnership-Track Diagnostic Radiologist

This position is for San Diego Imaging’s North Division, which provides coverage for Tri-City Medical Center and Palomar Medical Center, a Level 2 Trauma Center. Both facilities are located in North County San Diego. We also staff two free standing imaging centers. The North Division consists of 17 diagnostic, and 7 interventional radiologists.

Applicants should possess a strong work ethic and be well rounded in general diagnostic radiology to include all cross-sectional imaging modalities as well as breast imaging and CCTA. Preferred candidates will also possess training and/or experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT. Call responsibilities are equally shared, with overnight coverage provided by teleradiology.

This position is for San Diego Imaging’s South Division, which provides coverage for the Sharp hospital system in central San Diego and San Diego’s South Bay. We also staff Rady Children’s Hospital and three imaging centers.

SDI provides a full range of high-level angiographic and interventional services, including peripheral angiography and intervention, TIPS, trauma embolization, ischemic stroke intervention, UFE, venous access, interventional oncology, hepatobiliary intervention, image-guided biopsies and drainages, vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty, and pain management. We also provide support for pediatric angiography and interventional procedures at Rady Children’s Hospital.

X-Ray/CT Technologist (Per Diem)- Chula Vista

We’re looking for a well-rounded CT and X-ray Technologist for our Chula Vista location. For CT this person will be responsible for performing examinations utilizing CT (computed tomography) equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data. They must also communicate findings to Radiologist as appropriate.

This person must also possess the skills to perform examinations in general radiography, fluoroscopy, bone density related procedures. This person will perform a wide variety of technical procedures with high-quality patient care, assisting Physicians as needed. They must also communicate findings to Radiologists as appropriate.
