Mr. Padelford came to San Diego Imaging in 2003. He oversees the business affairs of the medical group, directs development, and relates directly with our partner hospitals to help coordinate service to our community. Mr. Padelford entered radiology after a career in radiation oncology where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for OnCure Medical Corporation. During his 11 year tenure with OnCure, he oversaw an expansion from a single location, to a national network of centers. Concurrent with his tenure at OnCure, Mr. Padelford was the founder and CEO of ROSCOE Systems, a provider of clinical administrative systems for radiation oncology. He contributed ROSCOE Systems to OnCure as it prepared for its IPO on the NASDAQ exchange. Mr. Padelford began his career with Pacific Bell in information technology and marketing where he oversaw software development for billing Pacific Bell’s $3 billion interexchange carrier business. Mr. Padelford holds an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from California State University, East Bay.
